This customer had been using the deck space for their trampoline for the past 5 years, but now they wanted to create a relaxing grown up space. They asked us if we could help with bringing the deck back to life. They were thrilled with the result.

Gymea Bay

After having their balcony deck stained by a local handyman the year before, the customer was not happy with the result. We explained the importance of experience and knowledge in timber maintenance. Within one day, we helped restore the deck professionally with two stages of sanding, and 3 coats of H2Oil Natural Stain.

Rockdale

This deck and handrail had developed mould on the surface, as it was in the shade most of the day. We sanded off the old coating and mould, leaving clean, bare timber. After 3 coats of stain, the area was protected, and looked like new.

This customer had just moved into the property, and was having the garden area updated and renovated. The deck was looking tired and worn out, but within one day, we had fully sanded and stained the area, giving it a new lease on life.

Green moss and mould caused this poolside deck to become dangerously slippery when wet. Our customer was afraid for his children’s safety, so after sanding was complete, we added grip powder into the staining process. This powder creates a rougher texture to the deck, helpful for pool areas and high traffic walkways.

These steps were beginning to develop mould and with no protection, they were absorbing any water and would have rotted away within a couple of years. A quick sand and few coats, and now the timber will last a long time.

Luckily, once we gave it a deep clean and then a full sand back, the timber underneath was still in good condition. After a few coats of H2Oil Natural Stain, it came out great.

This deck had grown dull and scratched from family use and neglected upkeep. We sanded this back to bare timber, removing old coating, scratches, dirt etc to leave a clean deck. After a few coats of H2Oil Natural Stain, it came up brand new.

This deck had rotten boards and old stain showing. After replacing the boards, we sanded it to bare and applied a couple coats of a grey stain. The client was thrilled with the modern finish and drastic transformation.

Annual maintenance is vital to keep your deck protected and looking its best. This deck was fully exposed and the stain had begun to lighten in colour. With a buff sand and two coats of H2Oil Natural Stain, the deck is brought back to looking its best.

This deck had already replaced a few boards, which were not the same timber type. Instead of spending more money replacing them with the right timber, we were able to apply a darker tint stain, blending everything in nicely. The customer was thrilled to keep costs down and still get a great result.
